The NOIM should be printed, typed, or written in block letters with a black pen.   You should keep the first two pages and return the signed original pages 3 and 4 to me at our first meeting.

I need to receive the NOIM no earlier than 18 months before your marriage, and no later than one calendar month and one day.   Therefore, if you plan to marry on the 12 February, you must lodge your NOIM with me on or before the 11 January.
